- All stained glass pieces are securely wrapped and shipped via USPS with shipping insurance.
- Pieces over $100 are also shipped with signature confirmation. Please arrange for someone to be home at the time of delivery or pickup at your local postal office.
- In the rare event that your piece gets damaged in transit, please reach out to me within 3 days of delivery.
- Due to the exorbitant cost of shipping large packages internationally, I am only shipping to the U.S. at this time.
- I do not currently offer refunds once the item has shipped. If you purchased an item by accident and would like to cancel your order - please email me within 12 hours of purchasing.
- While I go above and beyond to make sure your glass piece arrives safely - how the carrier handles the package is out of my control. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please email me at [email protected] within 3 days of the package being marked "delivered" on tracking. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damage. Once confirmed, a return label will be given and a refund will be processed once the piece arrives back to me.
